What to do immediately after an accident...

There are some very important things to remember when an accident happens. Our team will help with this over the phone but if you can't call just remember the steps below:
Make sure everyone is safe.
Check yourself and others for injuries. If anyone is hurt or the road is blocked, call the emergency services immediately.
Move to a safe location if possible.
If it is safe to do so, move vehicles out of traffic to prevent further accidents.

Name and contact details
Vehicle registration
Insurance company name
Make and model of the vehicle
Take photos and gather evidence
Photograph the vehicles involved, the damage, road layout and any relevant signs or markings. This can help support your claim later. It's very important to try and get these pictures before any vehicles are moved.
