"Can you deal with my insurance company?"

"Do you offer any buy now, pay later options?" 

Yes! We work with Payment Assist to offer 3, 4 or 6 month payment options. Please ask us when making your booking or read more info here! 

"Do I need an appointment for a quote?" 

You’re welcome to drop by, but we recommend booking an appointment to ensure a member of the team is available to assess your vehicle without delay. Book your estimate date online here! 

"Do you work on classic vehicles?"

"Will the paint match my existing colour?" 

Yes! We use specialist colour-matching technology and a professional spray booth to ensure a flawless and accurate finish every time. Read more about our processes here. 

"What do I do in a non-fault accident situation?"

"Do I have to use the repairer my insurer recommends?" 

No – it’s your legal right to choose your own repairer. We’re happy to provide a quote and assist you in exercising that choice. If you decide to use us for your repair, we will pay your insurance excess! (T&Cs apply)

"How long will my repair take?" 

This depends on the extent of the damage and parts availability. We'll give you a clear timescale when we provide your quote and keep you updated throughout. 

"Do you guarantee your work?" 

Yes – all of our repairs come with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. 

"Do you repair electric and hybrid vehicles?" 

Yes, we’re fully equipped and trained to work on electric and hybrid models safely and professionally. 

"Do you do SMART repairs?" 

Yes – we offer SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Technique) solutions for things like scuffs, scratches, and dents. Fast, affordable, and efficient. Read more about SMART repairs here. 

"What if more damage is found after the repair starts?" 

We’ll contact you right away with a full explanation and any cost changes. Nothing is done without your approval. 

"Do you work on vans or commercial vehicles?"

"How do I check the progress of my repair?" 

Just give us a call or drop us a message. We’re happy to keep you updated with photos or calls as your repair progresses. 

"What payment methods do you accept?" 

We accept card payments (debit and credit), bank transfers, and cash. We are a VAT registered business and will provide you with a VAT invoice for any work carried out.
